DYLSAL Plumbing Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2 May 2026
1. Agreement
By engaging DYLSAL Plumbing for any plumbing service, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not request our services.
2. Quotes & pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary if site conditions, scope, or materials differ from those assumed in the quote. Variations will be communicated and authorised before any additional work is undertaken where reasonably practicable.
3. Booking & cancellation
Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a callout fee. Emergency callouts are billed from the time of dispatch.
4. Payment
Payment is due on completion of work or as agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, EFTPOS, credit card and approved trade accounts. Overdue accounts may attract interest and recovery costs.
5. Warranty & workmanship
All work is performed by licensed plumbers in accordance with the Plumbing Code of Australia and applicable NSW regulations. Workmanship is warranted for the period stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on supplied parts are passed through to the customer.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of re-performing the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues arising from pre-existing site conditions outside the agreed scope.
7. Site access
The customer must provide safe, reasonable access to the work site and disclose any known hazards (asbestos, electrical risks, structural issues). Delays caused by access or undisclosed hazards may be billed at our standard hourly rate.
8. Photographs
We may take photographs or video of completed work for quality assurance, warranty records and (with consent) marketing. No identifying information is published without permission.
9. Disputes
We aim to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Please raise any concerns with us first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with NSW Fair Trading processes and the laws of New South Wales.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date reflects the most recent version. The terms in force at the time of booking apply to that booking.
